# TRIPDOCKET TERMS OF SERVICE

**Status:** ACTIVE
**Effective Date:** 24 July 2026
**Terms Version:** 1.0
**Language:** English controlling version

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and:

**Lucky Byte Limited**
A limited company incorporated in Hong Kong
Company Number: **79234565**
Registered Office: **Flat A, 20/F, ZJ 300, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong**
Customer Support, Refund Requests, Legal Notices, and Privacy Requests: **support@tripdocket.co**

Lucky Byte Limited operates the TripDocket service and is referred to in these Terms as “Lucky Byte,” “TripDocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By creating an order, checking the required acceptance boxes, and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms, the TripDocket Privacy Policy, the applicable Order Summary, and the TripDocket Refund Policy.

## 1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase or use the Service.

When purchasing for a household, family, business, client, or another person, you represent that:

1. you are authorized to submit the relevant documents and information;
2. you have the right to permit Lucky Byte and its service providers to process those materials;
3. you are authorized to accept these Terms for the purchase; and
4. your submission and use of the Service comply with applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children. An adult may submit limited information concerning child travelers when reasonably necessary for a family-travel audit and when the adult has authority to do so.

## 2. Nature of the TripDocket Service

TripDocket is an **AI-assisted hybrid digital analysis and decision-support service**.

The Service may combine:

- automated file inspection;
- artificial-intelligence-assisted extraction and classification;
- structured normalization;
- deterministic or rule-based travel-quotation analysis;
- generation of a customer-facing Decision Brief;
- limited manual review in exceptional cases.

TripDocket provides informational and analytical assistance concerning a travel quotation or related document submitted by the customer.

The contractual description of TripDocket as a hybrid digital analysis service does not override any mandatory legal classification imposed by applicable law.

## 3. What TripDocket is not

TripDocket is not:

- a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service;
- a hotel, airline, resort, transport provider, or other travel supplier;
- an insurer or insurance intermediary;
- an immigration, legal, tax, medical, safety, or financial advisor;
- a fiduciary;
- a guarantee that a supplier will honor a price, policy, reservation, availability, or request.

Lucky Byte does not make travel reservations, issue tickets, hold inventory, collect supplier charges, or enter into travel contracts on your behalf under the current Service.

Your travel booking remains a contract between you and the relevant supplier.

## 4. Pre-charge file inspection

Before payment, TripDocket may inspect the selected file to determine whether it appears technically suitable for the current Service.

TripDocket may reject a file before payment when, for example:

- the format is unsupported;
- the file exceeds the displayed size limit;
- the file is encrypted or password-protected;
- the document lacks a usable text layer;
- the document is an image or scan that the current Service cannot process;
- the document does not appear to contain sufficient travel-quotation information;
- the file cannot be safely or reliably inspected;
- another displayed technical limit applies.

If a file is rejected before payment:

- no payment will be taken for that attempted submission;
- no paid audit will begin;
- no paid entitlement will be consumed;
- you may select another file and try again within the same unpaid intake journey.

Passing pre-charge inspection does not guarantee that every statement can be extracted, verified, or analyzed. It means only that the file appears eligible for the current processing workflow.

## 5. User Materials

“User Materials” means documents, text, screenshots, correspondence, quotations, traveler information, and other content you submit to TripDocket.

You retain ownership of your User Materials.

You grant Lucky Byte and its contracted processors a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, inspect, extract, analyze, transform, and display User Materials only as reasonably necessary to:

- provide the Service;
- secure and operate the platform;
- prevent fraud and misuse;
- provide customer support;
- maintain required payment, consent, and audit records;
- comply with applicable law.

You represent that the User Materials:

- are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- may lawfully be submitted by you;
- do not contain unlawful content;
- may lawfully be processed for the Service.

Do not upload passports, national identity documents, complete payment-card details, medical records, precise government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information unless TripDocket expressly requests it for a stated purpose.

Lucky Byte may decline, remove, or isolate materials that create a security, privacy, legal, or technical risk.

## 6. AI-assisted processing and limitations

TripDocket uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist with document inspection, extraction, classification, normalization, and presentation.

AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect and may be affected by the quality, formatting, wording, or omissions in the submitted document.

Where implemented, TripDocket uses separate deterministic or rule-based logic to generate defined audit findings. However:

- no automated system is error-free;
- TripDocket may misunderstand or omit a clause;
- a quotation may itself omit material information;
- supplier information may be incorrect or outdated;
- the Service may not identify every cost, risk, or inconsistency;
- a finding may require direct supplier confirmation.

You must review the Decision Brief and the original supplier materials before making a booking or payment decision.

TripDocket does not represent that AI-assisted output is professional advice or a substitute for direct confirmation from the relevant supplier.

## 7. Immediate commencement

By placing an order, you expressly request that Lucky Byte begin performing the Service promptly after payment confirmation.

You understand that automated inspection and processing may begin immediately and may be completed before the end of any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period that may apply in your country.

Your request for immediate performance does not reduce:

- the TripDocket Fourteen-Day First-Audit Full Refund Guarantee; or
- any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where applicable law requires a separate acknowledgement concerning immediate performance, cancellation rights, or loss of a statutory withdrawal right, Lucky Byte will request that acknowledgement separately before payment.

## 8. Electronic delivery

The Service is delivered electronically.

Your Decision Brief may be made available through an authenticated TripDocket account or secure case-specific page.

The delivery page may indicate that a case is awaiting payment confirmation, queued, processing, ready, undergoing manual review, unable to proceed, failed, or in another displayed operational state.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and email address, protecting authentication links and credentials, using a compatible browser, and retaining copies of records you wish to keep.

Lucky Byte may record when a Decision Brief was generated, made available, first retrieved through an authenticated session, or downloaded. Such records do not prove that you read, understood, or agreed with the complete Decision Brief.

## 9. Processing time and manual review

Any displayed processing time is an estimate unless the applicable Order Summary expressly states that it is guaranteed.

A case may require manual review where the document exceeds an automated processing threshold, extracted information conflicts, material terms cannot be classified reliably, the quotation falls outside current rule coverage, or a technical or operational exception occurs.

You will not be required to make another payment merely because an already-paid case enters manual review.

## 10. Fees, payment, and taxes

The total TripDocket price will be displayed before payment.

The current Independent Audit product may be offered at USD 29 per audit, but the amount shown in the applicable Order Summary controls.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

- prices are charged per audit order;
- a materially revised or replacement quotation requires a new audit order;
- an original order does not include an automatic rerun;
- travel supplier fees, accommodation costs, taxes, transfers, flights, insurance, and booking charges are not included in the TripDocket fee;
- you are responsible for taxes legally payable by you.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Lucky Byte does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

## 11. Revised quotations and new orders

A materially revised, corrected, or replacement quotation generally requires a new TripDocket order.

TripDocket does not promise to replace the document in an already-paid case, rerun a completed case, transition a completed case back into processing, alter an immutable historical Decision Brief, or transfer the original entitlement to a different quotation.

If a paid document cannot be processed or the delivered Service is unusable, you may request a refund under the Refund Policy and, if desired, submit a new order.

## 12. Refund Policy

The TripDocket Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

During the invite-only beta, the voluntary Fourteen-Day First-Audit Full Refund Guarantee applies to the first eligible paid TripDocket audit purchased by a customer, subject to the narrow fraud, duplicate-recovery, and payment-dispute protections stated in that policy.

The voluntary any-reason guarantee does not automatically apply to later orders unless the applicable Order Summary expressly states otherwise.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

## 13. International availability

TripDocket may be available internationally, but it is not offered in every jurisdiction.

During the invite-only paid beta, Checkout is limited to invited customers located in Taiwan.

The Service is available only where it is presented as available at Checkout and where Lucky Byte can lawfully and operationally provide it.

Lucky Byte may restrict or refuse paid access based on sanctions or trade restrictions, payment-processor or banking restrictions, fraud or identity risk, local consumer, privacy, tax, accessibility, digital-service, or travel-industry requirements, language or disclosure requirements, or operational or security limitations.

You may not purchase or use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law or where you are acting for a prohibited person or entity.

Availability of the website or a payment method does not by itself represent that the Service is legally available in every jurisdiction.

Mandatory rights in your habitual residence remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be waived.

## 14. Supplier and third-party information

TripDocket relies on User Materials and information provided by independent third parties.

Lucky Byte does not control and is not responsible for supplier prices, availability, policies, or performance; changes made after a quotation was issued; exchange-rate changes; government requirements; immigration decisions; weather or natural events; flight, vessel, road, or transfer disruption; supplier insolvency; inaccurate or misleading supplier statements; or third-party websites or services.

Confirm material terms directly with the relevant supplier before making payment.

## 15. No guarantee of savings, completeness, or outcome

TripDocket may identify known monetary exposure, unpriced exposure, missing information, risks, inconsistencies, or questions for a supplier.

TripDocket does not guarantee savings, a lower final cost, supplier acceptance, availability, an upgrade, a supplier refund, entry into a country, a safe or interruption-free trip, or that every hidden cost, clause, or issue will be identified.

“Unpriced exposure” means a potentially relevant cost that has not been reliably quantified. It does not mean the cost is zero.

## 16. Customer responsibilities

You remain responsible for reviewing the original quotation; checking names, dates, ages, traveler counts, room types, and itinerary details; confirming material terms with the supplier; obtaining passports, visas, permits, insurance, medical advice, and required documents; assessing whether activities and transport are appropriate; making the final booking and payment decision; and retaining independent copies of important records.

Do not rely solely on TripDocket for legal, medical, immigration, safety, tax, financial, or emergency decisions.

## 17. Privacy

Lucky Byte processes personal data according to the TripDocket Privacy Policy and the applicable Personal Information Collection Notice.

The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data collected, purposes, service providers, international transfers, retention criteria, security practices, and applicable privacy rights.

No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit information unnecessary for the audit.

## 18. TripDocket intellectual property

The TripDocket platform, software, workflows, visual design, templates, taxonomies, rule structures, and system-generated presentation are owned by Lucky Byte or its licensors, except for User Materials and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms, Lucky Byte grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered Decision Brief for your own travel decision, household use, or authorized internal client evaluation.

You may not resell or publicly redistribute the Service, reverse-engineer the software, extract or reproduce the rule system, scrape the platform, remove ownership notices, present a Decision Brief as an official supplier document, or use the Service to train or benchmark a competing product without written consent.

## 19. Acceptable use

You must not use TripDocket to violate law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, upload malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit information you have no right to use, obtain another customer’s information, abuse refund or payment-dispute processes, or evade security, file, or usage limits.

Lucky Byte may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment systems, the platform, or legal rights.

## 20. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

LUCKY BYTE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

LUCKY BYTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL IDENTIFY EVERY ERROR OR COST, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, PRODUCE ERROR-FREE AUTOMATED OUTPUT, OR CAUSE A SUPPLIER TO ACCEPT OR HONOR ANY REQUEST.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

## 21. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY BYTE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST SAVINGS, LOST TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, SUPPLIER CHARGES, MISSED FLIGHTS OR TRANSFERS, CANCELLATION COSTS, OR TRAVEL INTERRUPTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY BYTE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM AN AFFECTED ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

1. THE AMOUNT PAID TO LUCKY BYTE FOR THAT ORDER; OR
2. USD 100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable liability.

## 22. Suspension, termination, and discontinuation

Lucky Byte may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, payment is fraudulent or reversed, the Service is used unlawfully, continued access creates a security or legal risk, or action is required by a payment provider or authority.

Lucky Byte may modify, pause, or discontinue beta functionality.

Where Lucky Byte permanently discontinues an undelivered paid Service, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

## 23. Electronic agreement and records

You agree to conduct the TripDocket transaction electronically.

Your electronic acceptance, including checking an unticked acceptance box and submitting payment, is intended to constitute your electronic signature.

Lucky Byte may maintain an acceptance record containing authenticated user and account identifiers, audit order identifier, Terms and Refund Policy versions, cryptographic content hashes, server-controlled acceptance timestamp, displayed locale, Checkout Session or payment reference, immediate-performance acknowledgement, and other legally required consent evidence.

Lucky Byte will make the applicable terms and order information available in a form that can be retained, saved, or printed.

You may request a copy at **support@tripdocket.co**.

## 24. Changes to the Terms

Lucky Byte may update these Terms prospectively.

The version accepted for an order will remain associated with that order. A later version will not silently replace the recorded terms for an earlier purchase.

Where required, renewed acceptance will be requested.

## 25. Governing law and forum

These Terms and disputes arising from the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

### Consumers

For customers using the Service primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California are the preferred forum.

This does not deprive a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim before a court or tribunal in the consumer’s country or place of habitual residence.

### Business users

For customers using the Service for a business, agency, professional practice, or client, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of:

- the state courts located in San Francisco County, California; and
- the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.

Before formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice sent to **support@tripdocket.co**.

An eligible claim may be brought in small-claims court where legally permitted.

These Terms do not currently require mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.

## 26. General terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Order Summary, and product-specific terms form the agreement concerning the purchased Service.

If documents conflict, the following order applies:

1. mandatory law;
2. product-specific written terms;
3. Order Summary;
4. Refund Policy for refund-specific matters;
5. these Terms;
6. general website descriptions.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permitted extent and the remaining provisions will continue.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without Lucky Byte’s written consent. Lucky Byte may assign them in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the TripDocket business, subject to applicable law.

Lucky Byte is not responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.
