# TRIPDOCKET FOURTEEN-DAY FIRST-AUDIT FULL REFUND GUARANTEE

## 1. The Guarantee

During the TripDocket invite-only beta, Lucky Byte Limited provides a Fourteen-Day First-Audit Full Refund Guarantee.

The Guarantee applies to the first eligible paid TripDocket audit purchased by a customer.

You may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days after the purchase date for any reason.

For an eligible request, you are not required to prove TripDocket was at fault, prove that the Decision Brief contained an error, accept a rerun, accept a replacement audit, accept account credit, participate in an adjudication process, or provide detailed feedback.

## 2. Identifying the customer

For purposes of this voluntary Guarantee, Lucky Byte may reasonably treat orders as belonging to the same customer when connected by one or more reliable indicators, including a TripDocket account, email address, payment method, billing identity, household, device or network signals, or other proportionate fraud-prevention indicators.

This may be used only to prevent duplicate or abusive use of the Guarantee and not to deny mandatory legal rights.

## 3. How to request a refund

Email **support@tripdocket.co**.

Include the email address associated with the order, the order or case reference if available, and a statement that you are requesting a refund.

A reason is optional.

Lucky Byte may request information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction and prevent duplicate reimbursement.

## 4. Refund amount and method

An eligible refund covers the full amount paid to Lucky Byte for the affected order.

The refund will normally be initiated within five business days after confirmation, returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible, and may require additional processing time by the payment processor, card network, bank, or financial institution.

The Guarantee does not cover hotel, airline, resort, travel-agent, government, insurance, transport, or other third-party charges; foreign-exchange differences; bank or card fees not retained by Lucky Byte; or consequential loss or travel expenses.

## 5. Duplicate recovery and abuse protection

Lucky Byte may delay or decline a refund only where reasonably necessary to prevent the same order from being refunded more than once, address a payment already reversed, respond to an open chargeback or payment dispute, address credible evidence of stolen-payment use, fraud, multiple-account abuse, or deliberate circumvention, or comply with law or payment-processor requirements.

These exceptions will be applied narrowly.

Lucky Byte may restrict or refuse future purchases following a refund or a demonstrated pattern of abusive activity.

## 6. Later orders

The voluntary any-reason Guarantee does not automatically apply to later audit orders purchased by the same customer unless the applicable Order Summary expressly says it does.

For later orders, Lucky Byte will continue to provide refunds required by applicable law, duplicate charging, failure to deliver the paid Service, material technical failure, or another written refund commitment for that order.

Lucky Byte may approve additional refunds at its discretion.

## 7. Effect of refund

A refund is not an admission of liability or wrongdoing, does not require a rerun, does not require modification of an immutable Decision Brief, does not create a right to a replacement audit or credit, and does not require deletion of records Lucky Byte must or may lawfully retain.

After a refund, Lucky Byte may discontinue access to the affected Decision Brief. During the beta, Lucky Byte does not promise that access will always be revoked immediately.

## 8. Mandatory rights

This voluntary Guarantee is additional to and does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

## 9. Clear checkout disclosure

Where the Guarantee is advertised, the material limitation must be displayed clearly before payment:
